In these times, it is now a great if you stayed healthy until you get old and it comes with being fit as now a big trend in this generation. Before we go on, let us first what Health and Physical Fitness means: Health is the ability of a biological system to acquire, convert, allocate, distribute, and utilize the energy with maximum efficiency. Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports occupations and daily activities. But the problems are coaches and trainers have expensive fees and the trainees don’t have time because of the travel time that they make to get to a gym.
FRY EGG has a solution on these problems. They will build an ecosystem of people seeking health and fitness and to be delivered to them globally. They can do this by combining the technology of internet, blockchain and Internet of things, thus causing cheaper fees because it will be decentralized.
Clients will have an unlimited of the platform to interact with coaches of their choice and supplement and fitness merchandise suppliers without the middleman which is the physical fitness store, making the products will cost less. Coaches will be paid by the Egg Fry token and they can also use it to pay for their advertisement and post their clients achievements to be able for the client to search for the best. This will discourage to join low quality coaches to join in this platform and making it a community of best coaches.
Fry Egg will also put a leaderboard to motivate both coach and client to their best and be rewarded by the token. This program will release the competitive attitude of the community members. This is a win-win situation for all because all of the community will benefit in this project.
On a personal note, I will definitely invest and join this community because as they say, Health is Wealth. And who doesn’t want to look good and feel good? I do invest not for the price but for the technology that comes with it and its endeavor for us to be fit, health and confident to ourselves.
