The password manager did not resolve the password problem. Currently, refill requests from your web browser can automatically retrieve personal information from the password manager, if you give permission or do not disable the functionality.

Manual confirmation in Nuggets stops this problem. Not only do you require manual confirmation, the confirmation must also be biometric. It effectively introduces a powerful "human air gap" into the security process.
