ABOUT INPACTORS

OBJECTIVE OF INPACTOR

Inpactor platforms the world's first door to connect the Cause brand to volunteers, allowing them to easily create and implement humanitarian projects, and incentives for business and performance of them.
Inpactor aims to enhance corporate social responsibility (CSR) by presenting a new ecosystem of intelligent humanism. 

Part of the platform will be supported by blockchain and equipped with CSR Token, enabling us to present a new intelligent and humane ecosystem, solving the 5 major problems in the industry that hinder the Humane Industries industry for decades: 

More financial transparency

Financial transparency is a symptom of the current broken model that can be handled by Inpactor. Using Distributed Ledger technology, Inpactor will create financial transparency in the funding process between Brand and Cause. 

Reliability

In addition to being more transparent, there is a need for greater trust in collaboration in a humane industry, and this can be achieved in several ways. At Inpactor, each project will be built on intelligent contracts tailored to specific projects, to facilitate the implementation and results of transparency, scalability, and reliability. 

Reporting and accountability

Inpactor introduced the concept of Proof of Impact (PoI). Not only does Inpactor provide an impact measurement tool for Causes, but also ensures the accuracy of the reporting platform through voting by the Volunteer Project. Based on whether the impact is confirmed or not, with which the Performance Cost will be accepted, there is a clear incentive for delivery, otherwise the Smart Agreement will only partially replace the Brand. 

Measure ROI on CSR initiatives

Brands receive CSRm incentives after sponsoring the project as a reward for creating a social impact. Then brands can spend CSRm on ads or premium features on the Inpactor platform, creating a direct ROI from their CSR initiatives. In contrast, CSR can be established to obtain a fixed interest rate. Volunteers can make small amounts of CSR by participating in Projects, which can be exchanged on the exchange, creating the first CSR code that can only be achieved through the creation of social impacts. (after ICO of course). 

Government

Finally, to address one of the most important (and complicated) issues in a humane industry, Inpactor will apply DGF to give voters an overall organizational direction expression, to Allow them to choose a strategic theme, create an Inpactor platform built and managed by community.

  • 40% token will be reserved for participants in Community Sales and Crowdsale.
  • 20% will enter the core team of Incitement.
  • 5% released every three months.
  • 5% will go to the Advisory Board
  • Counselors have a minimum period of one year.Quarterly each Advisor will receive 25% of their token share, and if they decide to give up their position as Adviser before their one year term expires, they lose the number of remaining tokens that have not been distributed.
  • 5% will go to the rewards program.

  • Why are there two tokens? CSRi and CSRm serve different purposes, but interact synergistically to solve five problems across the industry.


CSRi

The value of CSRi must remain stable at all times.Therefore, CSRi functions independently within the Inpactor and can not be traded. The funds are intended for impact making, therefore can not be subject to extreme volatility inherent in the current token market.

CSRi enables more financial transparency in the funding process using distributed ledger technology, accurate reporting using Proof of Impact (PoI) - where volunteers vote on Cause impact reports - and reliable collaboration using smart contracts to complement Project implementation

CSRm

As an incentive to create a social impact, Brands receive CSRm every time they fund a project. These CSRm incentives can be spent within the Inpactor advertising platform, creating measurable ROI on their CSR initiatives, or, like other tokens, publicly traded, or used to accumulate fixed interest using Proof of Stake.

CSRm also introduces the Distributed Goods Governing Framework. This framework gives the holder of the marker's voting rights. This means that the community decides how this platform should evolve, which projects are highlighted, and what social problems the Brand should solve.
